Dr. Michael Rosario, Associate Professor of Biology, was honored at the 2025 Faculty Academic Achievement Awards, Service, & Retirement Luncheon, where he was recognized as a recipient of the prestigious Lindback Distinguished Teaching Award. The Lindback Award is one of the most distinguished teaching honors at West Chester University, celebrating faculty who demonstrate exceptional dedication and innovation in the classroom. Dr. Rosario was nominated in recognition of his ability to foster connection and engagement in large lecture courses serving hundreds of students. His nomination highlighted his pioneering use of technology in the classroom, including AI-generated podcasts, YouTube live-streaming, and supplemental video content — all designed to meet students where they are and make complex biological concepts accessible and engaging.
